COVID-19 Protocol

Here at Twin Oaks Dog Club we hope that everyone is well during this time. With the concerns of COVID-19, Twin Oaks is doing its best to follow the government's rules and regulations. To better enhance the safety, we ask that everyone reads the following information when attending any class, event, or training at Twin Oaks Dog Club.

TWIN OAKS EVENTS/TRIALS/SHOWS:  It is our goal to be able to provide fellow German Shepherds enthusiasts with safe and comfortable environment to title and and show dogs during these unprecedented times. In order comply with all the guidelines and safety protocols that have been recommended you can expect the following:

  • Face masks will be required by all attendee's | this will include the judge, helper and participants
  • No spectators, No exceptions
  • Food & Beverages will NOT be served or made available at the venue, please bring your own lunch & drinks (no alcohol)
  • Screening & Monitoring will be present
  • Social Distancing will be enforced
  • Anyone seen not following the guidelines set forth will be asked to leave the facility

Due to the concerns of COVID-19 we ask that anyone who is experiencing (or has been in close contact with someone experiencing) FLU-LIKE symptoms (fever, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath) no matter how minute, please DO NOT attend class for the comfort, safety, and security of others. This training facility is located in Levy County and will abide by all Levy County and Florida State regulations. We ask when attending a class that you do your best to maintain social distancing as well as bring your own hand sanitizer with you. Some people who are infected with COVID-19 may show no symptoms and can spread COVID-19 if they are infected; therefore, there is an inherent risk in any public location where people are present; we cannot guarantee you will not be exposed during your visit.
